Take a holiday in a bright and spacious loft holiday flat, in the Hohenaschau district. Located below Hohenaschau Castle and opposite the valley station of the Kampenwand cable car, nestled in the fantastic mountain world between Kampenwand and Zellerhorn. Enjoy this wonderful area, restaurants with beer garden are within walking distance. Our loft flat is located on the ground floor of an apartment building, you will find your own separate entrance with adjoining terrace. Ideal starting point for many walks and mountain hikes. The valley station of the Kampenwandbahn is only 100 m away. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the bus stop for the RVO bus to the town to the train station, to the shopping facilities, in the direction of the mountain climbing village Sachrang, to Bernau am Chiemsee and to Rosenheim.

A car parking space "Sicado", directly next to the flat, is reserved for you free of charge. You can park your bike in the underground car park. Check in by code lock at the door. Dogs and pets are not allowed.

The popular climatic spa and holiday resort Aschau im Chiemgau offers all facilities for daily needs. Here you can unwind and relax amidst the beautiful mountain scenery, whether hiking, skiing or cycling, climbing, paragliding, cross-country skiing or sledding - everything is possible on the doorstep. Only 10 km from Lake Chiemsee for water sports and excursions, also to play tennis and golf in the region.

In addition to the beautiful Chiemsee, there are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, such as the open-air bathing area in Aschau and the moor bathing area or the "Prienavera" adventure pool in Prien and the thermal baths in Bad Endorf or Bad Aibling.

The optimal location, with a connection to the A8 between Rosenheim and Berchtesgaden and the train connection in the direction of Munich and Salzburg, the Aschau-Prien branch line, ensure short distances.
