The flat was lovingly redesigned as a holiday flat in 2022. Live in a tastefully furnished open and bright loft flat, 75 sqm on the ground floor. With great attention to detail, the almost 3 m high, loft-like room has been modernly furnished and offers generous living space. Open bedroom with double bed 180x200 cm and stylish single bed 90x200 cm (can be folded out for the 3rd person if required). Living area with large couch landscape, stylish single bed 90x200 cm (can be folded out for the 4th person if required), large flat screen TV/radio with picture function, floor lamp, desk, free WLAN. Large dining area with dining table and chairs, open fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, cleaning supplies and tea towels. The bathroom is tiled in a modern style with bathtub, shower at ground level, washbasin, WC, shelf, towel radiator, vanity mirror with lighting and hairdryer.
